Our event is a free event, the only things people will be purchasing are our raffle tickets. Each ticket is $1. We provide free lunch to every person who comes to this event.

With that being said we understand the hard work and dedication you put into your work, and we will make sure to let every person coming to this event that our booths are not free.

For my booths that sell merchandise

Items must be family friendly

You are allowed to sell your items at full price. We do ask that some of your proceeds go towards Utah Down Syndrome Foundation. (We will collect these before you leave)

We ask that if you have any special needs kids come to your booth and they want an item please don’t charge them. We would rather you keep a tally of each one of them that comes to you and at the end of the fundraiser, we will cover the COST of that item.

Set up will begin at 2. That will give you 2 hour to set up your station.
​
This Event goes from 4 until about 7.
​

Must be family friendly, and be kind to all of our wonderful people with Down Syndrome that will be at this event.

Must bring your own set up. Canopy, tables, etc. Whatever you’ll need to be successful at this event.
